The dengue control program commenced at 514D Welikada North Grama Niladhari Division on 12th October 2025 at 8.00 a.m. at the Bandaranaikepura Hall. The Mayor, Municipal Councilor, Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte Divisional Secretariat officers, police officers at Sri Jayawardhanpura Kotte, Special Task Force officers, health medical officers, public health inspectors, dengue inspectors, together with the members of the division's societies, carried out public awareness, cleaning, cleaning of drain systems and dengue control programs successfully.
